Subject: Action Bar in New Mail without content

While creating a new mail or reply in standard client no buttons are visibile!

After pressing F9 action bar is shown correctly.

New installation of client does not fix the problem. On another PC with same configuration problem is not present.

Any ideas for solving this ?
